The Committee members stated that "for the last four years, the amount of budgetary funds allocated for introduction of industrial technological innovations has increased by 11 times; however, the results of introduction of industrial technological innovations remain at the same level".
Such a negative effect is caused by inefficient system of State regulation and management in the field of development, legal protection and security of intellectual property and innovation activity.
V.Polokhalo called for creation of a temporary inquiry panel to investigate the facts of violation of Ukrainian legislation by the public institutions and officials in the field of innovation activity, intellectual property, and public property privatization.
